Proverbs 21:7 – význam
Proverbs 21:7 2026-10-31
Zhouba, kterouž činí bezbožníci, bydliti bude u nich; nebo se zpěčují činiti soudu.
Co to znamená
Proverbs 21:7 says that the violence of wicked people will eventually sweep them away, because they refuse to act justly. The verse suggests that a person who lives by force and refuses what is right is building their own downfall; their own brutality turns back on them. It is less a promise of instant punishment than an observation about how injustice tends to consume the one who practices it.
Pro dnešek
Think of a manager who bullies his team, shouts, and cuts corners, and who slowly loses every good person around him until nobody will vouch for him anymore. Or someone online who lives by humiliation and pile-ons, and eventually finds that the same crowd turns on them. The verse also invites an honest look at ourselves: when we reach for harshness or manipulation because it works in the short term, we often pay for it later in isolation and distrust. It does not pretend that wrongdoers always fall quickly, and it can be painful to watch them keep winning for a while.

Dnes se zeptej, jestli se nechci prosadit silou nebo zkratkou tam, kde by stacila poctivost, protoze ta se nakonec vyplati vic.
