Proverbs 21:7: semnificație
Proverbs 21:7 2026-10-31
Silnicia celor răi îi mătură, pentru că nu vor să facă ce este drept.
Ce înseamnă
Proverbs 21:7 says that the violence of wicked people will eventually sweep them away, because their refusal to act justly means they end up destroying themselves. The verse is not so much a threat as an observation: a life built on force and on turning away from what is right tends to collapse under its own weight. Its consequence falls back on the one who acts violently.
Pentru azi
Think of the boss who bullies everyone until his team quits one by one, or the online voice who lives by humiliating others and finds that nobody trusts him when he actually needs help. In Romania, many people have seen this in families, in workplaces, or in local politics, where aggressive tactics win a round but cost lasting relationships. The verse does not promise instant justice; it simply notes that cruelty isolates people, and isolation has its own bill to pay. It also raises an honest question for anyone tempted to take shortcuts: what am I building, and who will still be standing beside me in ten years?
De reținut
Today, notice where a short-term win would require you to hurt someone, and ask whether the relationship you would keep afterward is worth more than the win.
