Psalms 95:4 – reikšmė

Psalms 95:4 2026-11-04

Jo rankoje yra žemės gelmės ir Jam priklauso kalnų viršūnės.

Ką tai reiškia

Psalm 95 praises God as the one who holds everything in his hands. The verse says the deepest parts of the earth and the highest mountain peaks both belong to him. It is a way of saying that nothing lies outside his reach, from the bottomless to the highest, so the whole created world is under his care and authority.

Šiandienai

Today many of us feel small against huge forces: a debt that grows faster than our salary, a news cycle that never stops, a feed that makes everyone else's life look more settled than ours. The image of the deepest sea trenches and the highest peaks, held in one hand, can be a quiet counterweight to that feeling of being unanchored. It doesn't make the bills smaller or the news kinder, and a believer and a skeptic can both sit with the idea that things are bigger than our daily panic. For someone who has no faith, the verse can still work as a reminder that the world is far larger than the screen in front of us.
