Što znači

Isaiah 1:26 is a promise of renewal after a time of corruption. The prophet says God will bring back the honest judges and wise advisers the city once had, the way things were at the beginning. Then the city will be known again as a place of righteousness and faithfulness. The verse looks past ruin toward a restored community where justice and trust are ordinary.

Many people today live in institutions that feel bent: courts that seem slow or unfair, local governments where favors matter more than fairness, workplaces where the people in charge don't listen. The verse speaks to that disappointment without pretending it isn't real. It also reminds us that restoring a community usually starts with small, concrete choices: a neighbor who keeps their word, a colleague who refuses to cut corners, a citizen who shows up to a council meeting. Renewal is rarely a grand event; it is people choosing to be trustworthy again, one decision at a time.
