Psalms 126:6 – reikšmė

Psalms 126:6 2026-10-23

Verkia žmogus, į dirvą berdamas sėklą, bet su džiaugsmu grįžta, nešdamas pėdus.

Ką tai reiškia

Psalm 126 was written for people returning from a painful exile, who had seen their harvests and homes lost. Verse 6 uses farming as its picture: the farmer who goes out to sow seed in tears, not knowing whether the crop will survive, still comes home at harvest with joy and full arms. The point is that present grief is not the final word. The hard work of sowing, done in sorrow, is the very thing that leads to the harvest.

Šiandienai

Many people today sow in tears without any visible return: a job search that drags on for months, a business that is slowly failing, a relationship being repaired one hard conversation at a time, or caring for an aging parent with no end in sight. Social media makes this harder, because everyone else seems to be posting their harvest while you are still in the field. The verse does not promise that every effort will pay off on your timetable, or that the sorrow will feel small. It offers something more modest and more honest: the crying does not cancel the sowing, and effort offered through tears can still bear fruit that you may not see yet.

Dabar sėjate ašarose, bet ta sėkla nėra perduota veltui: galbūt derlius ateis ne taip, kaip tikėjotės, bet jis gali ateiti.
