Isaiah 44:21: ερμηνεία
Isaiah 44:21 2026-10-22
Isaiah speaks to Jacob and Israel, the people of God, telling them to keep in mind who they are: God's servant, formed by God himself. The repetition is deliberate, a reassurance pressed home. Even when the people have drifted or feel abandoned, the message is that God has not lost track of them and will not forget them.
Για σήμερα
Many people today feel forgotten: the laid-off worker sending applications into silence, the student whose messages go unanswered, the parent who gives everything to a family that barely notices. Social media makes this sharper, because visibility is measured in likes and replies, and a quiet week can feel like being erased. The verse offers a different kind of remembering, one that does not depend on being seen by others. It does not promise that life will be easy or that the feeling of neglect will vanish overnight, but it claims that worth is given, not earned through attention.

Being unnoticed by others does not mean being unseen; take a quiet moment today to remember what you are worth to the one who made you.
